Tesi Hughes is an author, channel, artist, and multidimensional healing practitioner whose work bridges intuitive
insight, therapeutic practice, and creative expression.
Her channelling connection with the Guides began in 2018, marking a defining shift in her professional and spiritual trajectory. Since then, she has developed a body of written work that explores consciousness, self‑reflection, and the deeper patterns that shape human experience.
Born in Vienna and now based in Surrey, Tesi brings a rigorous and diverse background to her work. She is a trained Clinical Hypnotherapist, Past Life Regression Specialist, Energy Healer, Sound Healer, and practitioner of additional holistic modalities.
Snailpunk
Creativity forms a central thread in her life. Under the artistic name Snailpunk, Tesi produces illustrations, photography, and immersive art installations that explore perception, emotion, and the subtle spaces between thought and feeling. Her installation The Walk, exhibited in the ancient woodlands of West Sussex, reflects her commitment to creating environments that invite contemplation and inner stillness.
Healing a Moment in Time
Through her practice, Healing a Moment in Time, Tesi supports clients in recognising patterns, releasing
outdated narratives, and engaging more consciously with their own development. Her sessions integrate regression work, intuitive guidance, energy work, and reflective inquiry, offering a grounded pathway for innter transformation and spiritual growth. She also facilitates workshops and group experiences that blend creative process, self-awareness and gentle energetic exploration.
